With over 10 years in Asia, Tobias is as respected for his regional expertise as he is for his understanding of creative and tech. As the founder of local creative agency @ccomplice, Tobias grew a small team into a regional powerhouse known for its innovative and high impact campaigns combined with the flexibility and dynamism of a small agency. When the agency was acquired by APD, a digital transformation business, in 2015 Tobias became the CEO of the Singapore office leading over 6x growth before APD was acquired by ASX listed GrowthOps (TGO) at the end of 2018. Tobias is currently the VP of Growth for APAC at MediaMonks, who became part of S4 Capital in 2018 and are growing at triple-digit figures in the region.
Previously recognised by the industry as one of SBR's 40 and Under as well as being named in the 40 under 40 by Campaign APAC, Tobias is also served on the board of the IAB for 4.5 years, 2.5 as Chair. It’s not all big budgets and campaigns though, Tobias is the driving force behind the "Stay Human" campaign, an NFP partnership with Mediacorp that aims to make the roads safer for all road users as well as also being heavily involved with Share The Road, Orphanages.no & Shark Savers, having worked pro-bono for all organisations over the years.
