Please read our terms and conditions in full before submitting entries or making payments for table bookings online.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are bound by and agree to the relevant Terms and Conditions of Existem Events Ltd (PerformanceIN), the organiser of The International Performance Marketing Awards.
Please note that there will be some strobe effects and flashing lights or sudden loud sound effects as part of the awards presentation and associated material. If this might affect you, please contact the Event Manager to discuss your requirements further.
Photography, Recording & Video Taping
During the course of the evening certain parts of the awards may be photographed, recorded and/or video taped. When purchasing your place / table you are also giving permission to be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. These photography, recording and/or video tapes will be used for public display and/or sale after the event.
Food & Beverage
The details regarding the provision of any special dietary requirements and the ordering of wine and other beverages vary according to the venue and will be advised at the time that each event is open for booking. Some special dietary requirements, e.g. Kosher meals, are likely to be subject to an additional charge, which is payable (to the venue) by the table host or ticket holder, as appropriate. Any changes made at the event may be subject to an additional charge, which will be added to your final table bill. PerformanceIN is not responsible for this charge.
Code of Conduct
We have a strict anti-harassment stance that includes offensive verbal or online based comments, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of the ceremony, inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention.
We reserve the right to remove individuals who we feel are acting in a way that goes against this code of conduct.
The organisers accepts no responsibility for the actions of others while under the influence of alcohol served at the event, or for your personal possessions.
It is also acknowledged by attendees that it is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.
Health & Safety / Law
As an attendee at The International Performance Marketing Awards you have a duty to maintain health and safety standards for your own and others benefit. Failure to comply with any laws, health & safety and/or restrictions imposed by venue or organisers, may result in immediate removal from the premises without any refund or compensation.
Company Name & Logo
When submitting your entry and/or purchasing your place / table for The International Performance Marketing Awards you are also giving permission to PerformanceIN to use your company name and logo in marketing material. Written notice must be given if you do not consent to PerformanceIN using your company name or logo.
Consent under Legitimate Interest
By booking and attending the awards we reserve the right to contact you via legitimate interest to keep you up to date with the winners and future ceremonies or events operated by us in the future.
Invoices for the Awards should be paid by BACS or International Transfer. If preferred payment can be made by Visa or Debit Card, Amex is subject to an admin processing fee of 2.4%.
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to deadlines, pricing, and entry criteria without prior notice.
Tables & Seats Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your table or seat you can do so within 15 days of confirmation of booking at no cancellation charge, otherwise;
If we are unable to legally open the Awards due to government restrictions owing to the coronavirus pandemic, we shall either refund 90% of the aggregate fees received, or transfer the
table, seat or sponsorship and 100% of the aggregate fees received from You to the 2022 edition of the Awards.
In all other circumstances the following scale of charges shall apply to cancellation by you without cause;
a) if the Company cancels the booking more than 61 days prior to the Event, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total fee shall apply or;
b) if the Company cancels the booking between 31 days and 60 days prior to the Event, either a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total contract shall apply, or a credit note equivalent to 80% of the total fee of the Event shall be issued for the 2022 edition or;
c) if the Company cancels the booking within 30 days of the Event a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total fee shall apply.
