1. General Refund Policy
All Award entries, table bookings, and individual seat bookings are strictly non-refundable. By submitting an entry or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations made at any time following payment. In all instances of cancellation, a fee equal to 100% of the total fee shall apply. Entries may be withdrawn by contacting the company.
2. Payment Terms
To ensure participation, payments must be cleared by the following deadlines:
- Award Entries: Payment must be cleared in full prior to Judging Day. Failure to settle the invoice by this date will result in the immediate disqualification and removal of the entry.
- Table & Seat Bookings: Payment must be cleared at least 7 days prior to the Event. If funds are not received by this deadline, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and remove all associated names from the guest list.
3. Substitutions
While bookings are non-refundable, you may nominate a substitute guest to take your place at no additional cost. To facilitate this, you must notify us in writing with the new guest’s details at least 48 hours prior to the Event.
