Michel started this year with a promotion to Senior Manager of Customer Acquisition, which was created to refer to the merger of the B2B and B2C digital strategies of the Xcaret Group. Michel works with an in-house team of talented people to cover the full range of media and markets for the tourism sector that travel to the parks, tours and hotels of the group in Cancun & Riviera Maya.
Since 2011 he joined Xcaret Group and has participated in the opening of five parks, a hotel, and the all-fun-inclusive concept. Michel has also created the digital strategies that allowed the commercialization in more than 75 countries through affiliate marketing and OTAs. Xcaret Group has won two consecutive years as the best affiliate marketing management in Latin America at the IPMAs, which is a fundamental key for the digital transformation of the group into a company that has been prepared to diversify within the tourism sector with a strong ecological sustainable base.
