Remember, each section has a word count limit as indicated in the spreadsheet.

How do I enter?

All entries must be written and submitted online using our awards platform (evalato). Once you have created an account, you’ll be able to access all of your entries, dip in and out and see how you’re progressing.

We’ll ask for some information about you and your company alongside some creative collateral i.e logos and an image that encapsulates your entry. Don’t worry, full guidance can be found within our entry kit.

We also encourage our entrants to use their creative flair and provide one piece of supporting evidence. This isn’t mandatory and should only be used to support the information being held in the main online entry. There will also be a section to easily link URLs and videos.

Can I include a video in my entry?

Yes. However all text sections will still need to be completed; please do not use the video as a replacement for text in the entry boxes as all of these sections have marks to be gained. The video should only be used to support what you’re already saying in your entry.

Please upload your video to a hosting site such as YouTube or Vimeo and then paste the URL into the box indicated when completing your entry.

Don’t forget to include any passwords in your entry if they’re required!

What’s my password?

When you create your account on the platform you will receive a unique PIN. This will be emailed to you once you have completed the registration form with your email address. You will also receive a personal link to your portal – keep this safe!

Is there a word count for my entry?

Yes. To keep things concise we enforce a word count of 1800 characters (approx 300 words per judging criteria) – Typically that equates to around 1,500 words per entry.

Can I change my entry once submitted?

No, once submitted you are unable to change or enhance your entry.

Can I change my entry title?

No, once submitted your entry can’t be changed. Please consider your entry title carefully before submission.

Can I withdraw my entry?

Yes. Written requests for entry withdrawal is permissible before the shortlist is announced. Please note refunds are not permitted.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, please select this option at the submission stage. Please remember to use your registration ID as the reference for payment. Please note, any entries where payment has not been received prior to the judging day will be removed from the process.

Will you charge me VAT and provide me with a VAT receipt?

If you are entering from a company based in the UK your entries will attract 20% VAT, else no VAT will be added. A VAT receipt can be provided on request.

Can I submit my entry into multiple categories?

If you are submitting entries for multiple categories, please ensure each entry is adapted to fit the requirements by using the category-specific templates provided in the Entry Kit.

I’ve entered the UK Performance Marketing Awards, can I enter the GPMAs?

Yes. Submissions for the UK awards are eligible for entry for the GPMAs. If your work is based towards the UK market, entering the Global Performance Marketing Awards allows you to compete with the best campaigns from across the continent.

How do the GPMAs differ from the PMAs?

The PMA’s are exclusively for campaigns based towards the UK market. In comparison, the Global Awards recognise the exceptional results from across the globe.

How do the GPMAs differ from the Partnership Awards?

The GPMA’s recognise the exceptional campaigns and companies from across the globe. The Partnership Awards focus purely on the North American market.

JUDGING

How are the awards judged?

An independent panel of experts will individually score submissions according to a set criteria. Once all scores are collated, a remote judging day will take place to decide the overall winners.

Can I apply or nominate someone to be a judge?

Yes, we are accepting nominations and applications to join our judging panel. We want to create a panel that is fully representative of our industry. Unlike other award programmes, we don’t request heaps of experience. We believe that those working in the trenches with relevant experience have as much right to judge as those with 30 years.

You can apply or nominate here
