Entry templates are supplied for ease in the Entry Kit. Please follow the criteria set out in the template and the Entry Kit, as that is what the judges will score your entry on.
You may design your own template, however, please ensure the same headings included in the entry template are used and the new cover sheet is completed whether designing your own or using one of our templates.
Yes, you can enter into as many categories as you deem relevant to your work. If you wish to enter the same entry into multiple categories we encourage you to tailor it to the entry criteria to ensure you gain maximum marks available.
Entries can be withdrawn up until 24.07.19 and up until that point will be eligible for a full refund. Past that date entries will be able to be withdrawn until the shortlist is announced but the entry fee will be non-refundable.
Submissions in the UK awards in April may also be submitted into the Western Europe category, enabling you to compete with other brands across the continent. Furthermore, the campaign activity for the submission must fall within the period of 10.07.18–24.07.19 and must showcase a significant increase/change to the results from when it was previously submitted.
The April awards are exclusively for campaigns directed towards UK consumers. Instead, the international awards recognise the outstanding results on a global scale.
The international judging panel will individually score submissions according to a set criteria. After this process, a judging day hosted remotely takes place to determine the winner.
Yes, the IMPAs 2019 is a ticketed event. Once booked, the table host will be emailed a digital invitation prior to the event.
A ticket includes entry to the awards, champagne reception, a 3-course dinner, ½ bottle of wine per person, coffee & petit fours, exceptional relationship building and entertainment.
This year, we’re afraid not. This year seats or tables will need to be booked separately to your PI LIVE tickets.

Category sponsorship puts your brand in the spotlight, featuring on the shortlist page and on the winner’s page for 12 months post-event.
A table of 10 costs £3,000 + VAT at our Earlybird rate or £3,500 from midnight on 12.09.19. All bookings are made online and can be paid via invoice or debit / credit card. Alternatively you can pay directly with our sales team on +44 117 990 2960.
For each table booking, there will be a maximum of 10 places. Some tables of 12 are available on request and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis
Yes, individual tickets are available for £350.00 + VAT at the Earlybird rate and £400 + VAT from 12.09.19. Individual tickets are booked online – book your seats. Please note: Tables of 10 will be made up from other individual bookings.
The International Performance Marketing Awards ceremony dress code is business smart.
The International Performance Marketing Awards operates a refund and cancellation policy for table and seat bookings minus a cancellation charge of 20%. All requests must be made in writing no later than the 10.09.19.
Unfortunately, after the 10.09.19, we will no longer be honouring refunds for the event.
All accepted refunds will be issued up to 4 weeks after the event.
