Alice has 7 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, having worked at an influencer agency before co-founding Pepper Agency in 2019. They had the idea to adopt a human approach, after finding the industry straying towards being too programmatic.

Alice has since leveraged influencer marketing as one of the most efficient spaces to drive performance, retention and awareness for countless brands such as the Financial Times, Tripadvisor and H&M, and have received industry recognition for their work, including Forbes 30 Under 30, Best Influencer Campaign at the PMAs, and Most Creative Influencer Campaign at the GIMAs.
