Elisa Charbonnel is the Director of Global Paid Media and Performance Partnerships for Disney Streaming, a direct-to-consumer business unit within The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Entertainment division that oversees all consumer-facing digital video subscription services across the company. Elisa’s team is responsible for managing paid acquisition campaigns across various performance-driven channels, including Affiliate and Influencer, and piloting new acquisition channels for Disney such as Direct Mail, Email, and more for Disney+, The Disney Bundle, and STAR+ globally. Prior to joining Disney, Elisa worked in various roles driving growth for Jet.com, Walmart eCommerce and Goldman Sachs. Elisa graduated from Cornell University with a BA in Political Science and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
