Ben Foster is Director of Digital at The Kite Factory where he leads all aspects of the
management and growth of digital across both clients and the agency itself. Formerly Digital
Client Director at The Kite Factory, Foster oversees client ownership, development and
growth, financial management and operational control as well as business integration. He is
also responsible for overseeing key initiatives to support clients and agency growth targets,
offering strategic guidance to help build on clients’ digital understanding, while championing
ideas which drive innovation and best practice for clients Foster joined The Kite Factory –
formerly MC&C Media – in February 2015 as Director of Digital Operations, rising to Digital
Client Director within two years. Prior to this he spent three years at All Response Media,
rising to Head of Digital Operations. Here, he grew the digital team from six to 16 in just two
years, increasing digital turnover by 300% and launching an SEO proposition.
