With over 20 years of experience in performance marketing, Nicky Senyard, CEO and Founder of Fintel Connect, has built a legacy of innovation and industry transformation. Her journey began with the launch of Income Access in 2002, a first-of-its-kind SaaS affiliate solution for the regulated gaming sector. After exiting that business in 2016, she launched Fintel Connect in 2019, now a disruptor in performance marketing for the financial industry.

At Fintel Connect, she has transformed how financial institutions scale growth, helping banks, fintechs, and credit unions thrive using secure, data-driven marketing solutions. In 2024, she led the launch of Fintel Check, an AI-powered compliance tool that helps sponsor banks monitor fintech partners in real time.
