With over 20 years of experience I have led customer acquisition, lead generation and e-commerce growth strategies for both small and fortune 100 businesses, through a variety of digital marketing tactics, such as inbound marketing (including content and SEO), affiliate marketing, paid media (display/retargeting/AdWords), email marketing and social media marketing. As a manager and business owner, I have owned P & L statements, organized team structure, recruited team members, created and managed employee retention programs, revamped performance reviews and have been trained in coaching. I recently received my MBA from Western Colorado University, with a specialty in the outdoor industry.
