Refund Policy

Table Bookings

If you wish to cancel your table or seat you can do so within 15 days of confirmation of booking at no cancellation charge, otherwise;

If we are unable to legally open the Awards due to government restrictions owing to the coronavirus pandemic, we shall either refund 90% of the aggregate fees received, or transfer the
table, seat or sponsorship and 100% of the aggregate fees received from You to the 2022 edition of the Awards.

In all other circumstances the following scale of charges shall apply to cancellation by you without cause;

a) if the Company cancels the booking more than 61 days prior to the Event, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total fee shall apply or;


b) if the Company cancels the booking between 31 days and 60 days prior to the Event, either a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total contract shall apply, or a credit note equivalent to 80% of the total fee of the Event shall be issued for the 2022 edition or;


c) if the Company cancels the booking within 30 days of the Event a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total fee shall apply.
 

Entries

Entries may be withdrawn by contacting us. Once submitted we do not permit refunds on entry fees.
